1.Both ICDA and ECDA, the excavation for corrosion measurement requires     a).One (1) location for NPS34 TGBP,     b) One (1) Location for NPS 8"     c) One (1) Location for Underground Pipe 6”     d) Therefore, the total of excavation is three (3) locations for two (2) pipelines and one (1) pipe     e) The pipeline NPS16 is not required excavation to direct assessment due to it has been installed via HDD process, resulting to the excavation for inspection is impractical     f) Soil Sampling to collected from 3 location (NPS 34 TGBP, NPS8 and Pipe 6”) 2.In case of some pipeline specified excavation point based on analysis is not applicable, the option changing to possible excavation point is acceptable subjected to TTM approval 3.Re-coating (exceptional for concrete coating) as per original design specification shall be performed upon completion of the physical measurement 4.Provide a comprehensive health, safety, and environment (HSE) plan 5.Propose a detailed project timeline 6.The coating removal and repair works shall be performed under the direction of a qualified coating inspection NACE certified minimum level 1 7.Test certificates / reports shall be approved by a qualified corrosion engineer NACE CP certified minimum level 3
